The Hon'able Minister of Finance, Mr. Abul Maal Abdul Muhith was the Chief guest along with the Hon’ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare Prof Dr. A. F. M. Ruhal Haq. Nobel Laureate Prof Amartya Sen was the Guest of honour.
