Can play centres promote early childhood development and deter child marriage?

According to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 31, “every child has the right to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities”. This large-scale project, which will be piloting play centre models for the next five years, will cater to children as young as six months, to up to five years of age.
