Arshae is a deputy manager at the Social Innovation Lab, where her work varies from scouting partnerships that forward innovative solutions for emerging problems to ensuring knowledge sharing across the development ecosystem to advocating for wide-scale implementation of evidence-based interventions. Her journey at BRAC started as the Communications Coordinator for a COVID-19 emergency response project in the Social Innovation Lab in 2020. Arshae has a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Marketing, from North South University.
